Oversaw Park City’s Special Service Contracts program, directing over $500,000 in annual multi-year funding to local nonprofits. I managed procurement processes, offering training and support while playing a key role in the citywide overhaul of purchasing policies and procedures. I ensured compliance with city policies through sound contracting practices, conducted policy analysis, including legislative and legal research, and provided professional assessments, recommendations, and presentations to the City Manager and Council.

Administered an online competitive granting process for over 200 arts and cultural entities, distributing over $20 million annually in grant awards. Launched the ZAP Equity Initiative and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the ZAP Program and staff. Managed the ZAP Tier I and Tier II Advisory Boards, handling recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training, and presented funding recommendations to the Council. Conducted workshops and webinars to assist applicants and facilitated events for grantees.
