Make optimization by system for 26 production line -which kind of electrical harnesses/vehicles will be produced for better efficiency and maximum use of producing. Make plan for new production processes when new phases and packages are ordered from customers world wide. Daily communications and negotiation with higher Logistic department in Bremen Germany, for better planning producing and delivery of the vehicles on time and Sequence.Managing and coordinating of team of people for packing the goods in Warehouse to be prepared and ready for delivery. Continuously communication with transport coordinators, for ETA( estimate arriving) of the Goods in Unloading place. One (1) year of work experience in Logistics like KS Sort in Draexlmaier Manufacturing Macedonia, Kavadarci.Take care of the sorting on machines in Cable Cutting, to make good connection between the orders from group that release the FST department, to be finished in Cable Cutting on time like FST planed that. Make a new planning and sorting and using of machines to succeed better efficiency in Cable Cutting department. Take care of the urgent modules/ series that are priority on the production lines or transport wait for them, so to be delivered on time. Made a daily and shift report that show us cutting minutes, set up minutes, efficiency, rebuking etc.
