Involved in 7 finished UX research projects for digital products usability evaluation or development process in the research division with methods such as in-depth interview, usability testing, card sorting, and preference test while working closely with designer, user, and operation team.

Involved in the inventory reduction project of the finished goods at Jakarta warehouse. Worked on organizing the high inventories data and analyzing the cause of it.

SMPE SSDK is a program that is arranged by Lembaga Tahap Persiapan Bersama (LTPB) ITB (a formal institution from ITB to supervise new students about character development so that they can survive in their first year at ITB). As a trainer, I train and give mentorship to 25 new students from the materials that referred to the book "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey.
