Responsible for the development team and all product lines within the team.Manage the product development team’s priorities, daily activities, and all related HR tasks.Integration and training of new employees.Create, prepare, and update work instructions.In collaboration with the development team and internal departments, ensure detailed project follow-up on the assigned product lines.Establish and maintain effective and cooperative relationships with the company’s partners regarding new development and contribute to reducing costs.Provide development reports for management.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both office and work stations, utilizing the 5S approach with the team.Participate in departmental meetings.Identify solutions to any issues that may arise at any time in the development process, or thereafter.Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control systems. Support Product Managers, Customer Service Agents, Quality Department, and all other internal personnel on technical issues for the company’s product lines.

Lead the theoretical and functional analysis of the developed product. Establish engineering requirements and test methods for the parts in development. Create and/or approve drawings, material specifications and test reports.Work in close collaboration with manufacturers to select the production equipment, the manufacturing process and its parameters for the developed components. Control the analysis, tests and inspection of prototypes and give the final approval for part production.Create working and testing instructions for the development technicians.Perform the training of development and validation technicians.Identify and find solutions to problems found during manufacturing process.Prepare engineering reports for management.Participate in Continuous Improvement and Cost Reduction programs.

Development of petrol modules, pumps, gauges and filters; receipt, identification and storage of samples for product development; reading and validation of blueprints, drawings and specification sheets; join the engineering team in product testing and analyzing; validation and approval of components and finished products based on tests and measurements; data entry of tests and measurements in the workbook; preparation of documents to be sent to suppliers; preparation of shipments of parts and components to suppliers; use of various measuring instruments(tape, micrometer, gauges, calipers); participate in cost reduction and quality improvement programs; support quality department; implementation and maintenance of quality system documents or processes (ECR, 5S, work instructions, etc.).
