Project discription:Implementation of investment projects dedicated to contruct the water supply and sewerage network systems in Sofia city,Bulgaria.Rehabilitation and replaced of an old sewerage and water supply pipes ,changing the materials and diameters and make the system more efficient.Main activities and responsibilities:Making the work schedule for each project.Preparation for implementation the work schedule on the site. Ensure the health and safety regulation on the site.Strictly following the boundaries and health and safety regulations on the site.Making the cost estimation and follow the monthly budgets.Recruit the civil workers,operators of machinery needed for the progress on the site.Overall management of the civil works,machinery ,orders and deliveries of equipment and materials on time.

Project description:Construction of a WWTP under the GCC FIDIC PDB (“Yellow book”);WWTP Size: 270 000 P.E., approx. 30 000 m³/day;Incoming sewerage network approx. 22 km including 10 pumping stations; Construction of a WWTP within the boundaries of an existing one, most of which has to be demolished while the rest remains in operation. Main activities and responsibilities:Ensure the health and safety regulation on the site.Strictly following the boundaries and health and safety regulations on the site.Ensuring project progress is according to works schedule.Assigning tasks to my work group ,for accomplished the civil works for every day.Planning amd preparation of work flow ,and work schedule.Resolving day-today technical,machinery and design problems with my site manager ,project manager.Orders for materials and equipment necessary for the progress of work.Ensuring my tasks from the project is according to work schedule.Planning ond order the machinery needed daily,weekly, and mounthly for entire work.Overall management the orders ,delivers of materials ,machinery , coordination and supervising my work unit.Preparing reports and protocols for every day work to site manager and Engineer of Company.Preparing documents reuired by Bulgarin legalisation.Actively participating in technical meetings concerning design issues and method statements.Participating of progress meetings with technical and office staff ot ne site.
