• Built from scratch RAG-based(Retrieval-augmented generation) pipeline for extracting and using facts by a custom LLM. Used vector DB and scaled it for half a million monthly active users.• Created and automated Error Classification pipeline of collecting, labelling, training and deploying. Over time this resulted in a 35% decrease of unethical responses according to OpenAI.• Incorporated summarization to the generation pipeline achieving 3 times longer memory for the chat bot as well as a 9% ARPU increase.• Replaced rule-based classification with a distilled and quantized BERT-like model, which improved quality while maintaining roughly the same throughput.• Implemented and integrated a model for generating questions on previous day dialog, resulting in an 8% increase in ARPU.
