Conduction inspections according to approved procedures/specifications;Measuring product dimensions, examining functionality, and comparing the final product to the specifications;Performing regular quality assessments on incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping;Coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to determine the disposition of the non-conforming material;Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records;Conducts quality investigations for non-conforming products and recommends corrective action / preventative action (CAPA) plan.

Complete handling of the process of returning products from customers (RMA);Full tracking of the product status during the reception, review, repair, and shipping stages;Direct communication with customers and suppliers;Preparation of statistical reports that present the parameters of product and service quality.

Maintain inventory and stock control;Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehouse activities, safety performance, and logistics quality management;Responsible for monitoring shipments and deliveries;Process paperwork of RMA's as directed from purchasing dept of the client.Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer.
