My main goal as head of product is development of the service and increasing both business and customer value. Redesign of products as the part of this goal is in progress.Responsibilities:• define the product vision based on results of researching user experience using design thinking instruments;• develop product roadmap and pipeline for mobile apps and services;• gather and prioritize product and customer requirements via backlog for development team;• control development process through continuous scoring using measuring value mechanisms;• measuring efficiency of features using product and business metrics analysing;• demonstrating the product in the end of sprint;• data reporting based on metrics.

I continued to improve "ckassa.ru" service and mobile clients for iOS and Android. The main goal was scaling without sacrificing speed and quality. To achieve it, backend has been divided into several parts and deployed on different nodes. Also Memcached has been integrated to make service faster.At the same time I developed new invoicing service for providers. User receive invoice via push, sms or email and can pay from web browser or mobile app. Provider immediately receive information about success payment.

As a member of new product team, I worked on iOS client of payment service "ckassa.ru" and its API. My responsibilities included all stages of development: architecture design, prototyping, coding, testing, publishing and supporting app.I implemented strong security requirements, such as encrypting of stored information and using SSL Pinning to provide protection against MitM attacks.Also I improved backend service with new features:• automatically sending push notifications;• new secure authentication method with 5 digit password or touchID.

• Lectured to undergrads at the Faculty of Economics, Management, and Business Informatics next courses:- Programming;- Algorithms and Data Structures;- Algebra and Mathematical Analysis using MathCad.• Created theory and practice materials.• Was a supervisor of 11 students (from first to third year).
