We’re building a top-tier hardware-software company while promoting Cyprus as a global tech hub.In addition to scaling operations and fostering a high-performance team, I manage finance, oversee legal projects, secure licenses, and collaborate with banks, public institutions, and regulators. I also lead efforts in optimizing business processes, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic partnerships that support our long-term growth.

As the Executive Director of "Lepim i Varim", I spearheaded the chain's expansion from a single location to 30 outlets across Moscow, Russia, and Kazakhstan, building a robust organizational structure and growing our team to 190 employees. I was responsible for both strategic planning and overseeing daily operations, driving significant growth and operational efficiency across the board.
