Responsibilities: management of helpdesk working process, process data analysis and developing of fault preventing actions, control of plan execution, working in Maximo™ 5.2, improving of helpdesk performance, preparing reports, requests, orders customers and CTO, 24/7/365 following of all fault situation, management and support of fault situations from begin till solve. My direct sub ordinary team was included 8 persons and additional Helpdesk manage 75 field engineers.
