I’m a tech and design entrepreneur with a passion for creating innovative solutions that push boundaries. Initially educated as a programmer, I’ve leveraged my technical foundation and deep passion for design to co-found and lead two influential companies—Astroshock, where I’ve served as CEO since 2010, and Readymag, where I was involved in a variety of roles (who doesn’t as a co-founder?) from 2012 to 2016, building it from scratch into a cash-flow positive business with a world-renowned brand in the design industry. My work spans tech development, design, strategy, and product management, all while fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.Professional Journey:• Astroshock: As a co-founder and CEO, I've been at the helm of this venture since 2010, leading a talented team of developers and designers. We specialize in launching cutting-edge award-winning digital projects and constantly seek new challenges and opportunities where both Astroshock and I can grow.• Readymag: I co-founded Readymag and played a key role in developing a versatile tool that empowers creatives to build visually stunning web content without coding. As a founder, I gained diverse experience across development, design, marketing, analytics, process optimization, strategy, business modeling, customer support, copywriting, partnership building, negotiations with global company leaders, fundraising, legal and financial matters, hiring employees, and more.In addition to my entrepreneurial endeavors, I’m a co-author and a publisher of “Эссенция сенца / The Essence of the Haysense” (2021), a book that reflects my passion for exploration, culture, history, design, and human experience.Beyond work, I’m an avid learner and have recently focused on mastering Spanish after relocating to Barcelona in 2022. I’m also learning Swift to develop a personal app aimed at expanding vocabulary. My hobbies include skateboarding, cycling, calisthenics, reading, exploring the world of science, and I take pride in being a devoted husband and father.Having lived in Rybinsk, Moscow, New York City, and now Barcelona, I bring a global perspective to everything I do, supported by my fluency in Russian, English, and conversational Spanish.I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, exploring new ideas, and tackling challenging projects.
