Responsible for the overall Dentsply Russia business development.

•Managing and growing business in line with the targets, through developing direct distributors, subdealers and coordinating sales team activities in Russia.•Sales structure development by existing territory penetration and increasing geografical footfall.•Credit risk management, collection of receivables.•Product mix profitability and effective cost control, with final responsibility for the bottom line results.•P&L management.
