About Kiril Soleski

I have more than fifteen years of dynamic experience in the healthcare sector in Macedonia, educational institutions and international organizations, offering an exceptional proven track record of client satisfaction with provided services. Besides collecting and analyzing medical data, providing professional healthcare advice to individuals and various organizations, building strategic relationships with different stakeholders, I also excel at organizing and coordinating workshops and conferences, evaluating existing processes to identify potential areas for improvement as well as managing confidential correspondence. Since 2005 I have been working as a GP (masters degree in Medicine, specialized in Family Medicine), recently started my own Group Practice for Family Medicine, and at the same time designed, coordinated and technically contributed to the development of numerous projects with multi-stakeholder teams in order to improve the PHC system in MKD.

Through this Initiative, WHO seeks to support the MoH efforts to design and conduct of a hypertension initiative in the context of the primary health care transformation in one demonstration site, to document the implementation process and lessons learnt and to share key findings and lessons learnt to be considered for the overall PHC reform.
