Based in Sydney, heading up the talent acquisition function across Australia for Tabcorp and Echo Entertainment Group, which had up to 12,000 employees across gaming, wagering, casino, hospitality, hotel and corporate businesses. A key member of the leadership team for Tabcorp Shared Service function, on the project team during Tabcorp demerger and on HR leadership team with Echo after demerger. As a leadership team, we were responsible for creating and delivering HR strategy, including talent acquisition and management, performance management, health & safety, diversity, employee relations and law, and HR operational effectiveness. My role was responsible for strategic leadership of the talent acquisition function, EVP, employer branding, social channels, ROI, process re-engineering and system implementation, leading business growth and culture change strategies, including opening of 30 new restaurants, bars and a hotel.

Based in Hong Kong, I built and lead the recruitment function for Treasury & Securities Services supporting the APAC region across 14 countries. Overall strategy / management accountability includes client relationships for business of 2500+, focusing on team management, key strategic hires, internal mobility and talent management, process design, implementation and execution.

Based in London, I was the HRBP for 9 Partners and 7 Directors + management teams in 12 offices, UK wide. Role included employee relations, performance management, comp & ben, L&D, oversight of onsite recruitment solution, internal mobility, and management of a small team.

Based in London, delivered resourcing campaigns, contingency recruitment and executive search for senior level roles in Financial Services Tax department across the UK. Also focused on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Based in Sydney, initial focus was as a Consultant on the implementation of in-house recruitment function, and subsequently moved to a broader HR role and Business Analyst for SAP HR implementation.
