Current•Gather project requirements from various departments of Ministry of Health and report to senior management. •Prepare Technical requirements document for relevant stakeholders for approval. •Build RFP based on Executive Management’s approval and prepare Technical requirements document based on the latest technology trend and futuristic requirement of organization (MOH) leading to convergence and consolidation. •Prepare Specification related to High end & Midrange Servers, Storage, Backup & Recovery, Network Security, monitoring and administration of complete infrastructure. •Manage IT project through various phases stating from Initiation to Closing. •Managed multiple Healthcare related projects successfully. •Liaise with international Healthcare organization such UHN-Canada, Harvard Medical – USA to align with organizational (MOH) requirements. •Manage different stakeholder’s groups such as Seller, Contractors and project team members of organization to make the project successful. •Manage and mentor various team members of different IT work groups such as Servers, Network, Cyber Security, Application, and Users. •Gather presentation requirements from Senior Management and Prepare presentation of Information Systems Department for Senior Management. •Participate in technical evaluation of enterprise size tender. •Excellent communication and documentation skills related to project management. •Strong knowledge of Cloud computing and Virtualization environment. •Well versed with ITIL process for Service related Operations and implementations. •Strong knowledge of Project Life Cycle methodology, which leads to optimal performance solutions for Server, Storage, Infrastructure, and Application Usage.
