Responsible for developing strategic plans that position Cone Health’s Total Rewards programs to enable the organization to achieve best in class as an employer of choice in the market. Partner with leaders throughout the system to ensure compensation and benefits programs and strategies support the organization’s strategic priorities. Lead design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide career architecture project including new job codes/descriptions, grades, hiring scales, and premium pay practices.

Responsible for developing strategic Compensation programs for Cone Health's 12,000+ employees. . Collaborate with Executives and engage with leaders to develop a total compensation philosophy and approach that will position the organization as the employer of choice in the market.

Responsible for developing and implementing strategic Total Rewards programs that best position the organization to attract, retain, and motivate talent. Overall areas of responsibility include: Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Payroll. This includes collaboration with and serving as an advisor to Executive Leadership on all matters pertaining total compensation including management incentive plans and Executive compensation.

Responsible for the delivery of Compensation services for roughly 28,000 employees across Parallon Business Performance Group and HealthTrust business units of HCA including base and incentive compensation.

Provide corporate level compensation consulting expertise and support to field operations including the evaluation, analysis, and design of compensation programs for assigned divisions and lines of businesses. Lead the design and implementation of various compensation related tools including a "Compensation Scorecard".

Responsible for the administration of all retirement plans for the organization including: Staff, Executive and Faculty plans [403(b), 401(a), 457, SERP]. In addtiion, coordinated and managed all financial aspects of HR Operations including expense management, deposits, wire transfers as wekk as budget planning and variance analysis. Other programs managed included HSA Account Administration, Educational Assistance, and Reward and Recognition programs.Responsible for management of one direct report (Financial/Benefits Analyst).

Responsible for all duties related to Compensation and Performance Management administration in support of comprehensive cancer center employing more than 4000 employees.

Responsible for all aspects of Compensation Management and Administration as well as the Performance Management process for the University.
