Prepare value-added, customer-centric reports that present and define recommendations.• Prepare technical materials for sales proposals and presentations. Participate in the on-site presentation of the proposals to prospects.• Prepare extensive operating manuals for start-ups or product conversions that are unique to each customer’s process and meet ISO and QS requirements.• Effectively train internal and external personnel by developing and utilizing training modules, on-the-job training and interactive training classes.• Effectively communicate with teams consisting of personnel from customers, paint suppliers and washer manufacturers to establish design parameters for surface treatment processes and provide ongoing proposal/drawing review support throughout the design and installation of the equipment.• Proficient at developing and implementing D.O.E. for both laboratory and on-site projects.• Strong knowledge of multiple industry standards (ASTM, ISO, IEEE, etc…), laboratory test methods and customer quality specifications.
