Mr. Bliss was initially introduced to the community association management industry in 1971. His first position was as maintenance employee; and over the years, Mr. Bliss worked his way up to head of maintenance operations supervising all maintenance operations for a number of larger communities. Mr. Bliss transitioned into the role as Community Association Manager in 1985.Over the next 15 years, Mr. Bliss was promoted to Vice President of Kramer-Triad Management, an Associa member company, while managing a portfolio of communities and supervising one of the divisional offices. He merged the management company offices and staffing into one office that maintained a portfolio of over 80 communities.In 2002, Mr. Bliss took over the operations of an Associa member satellite office in Naples, Florida. When Mr. Bliss took over the operations in Naples, the office was managing 7 communities, and he grew the business to over 60 communities in just a few short years.In 2007, Mr. Bliss was promoted to President and CEO of the Associa Member Company Community Management Concepts located in Clearwater Florida.Effective May 2013, Mr. Bliss will assume the Role as President and CEO of the Associa Member Company Homeside Properties located in Alpharetta, GA. Effective January 2015, Mr. Bliss assumed the role as President of another Associa Member Company Association Services located on Hilton Head Island, SC.Effective January 2016 Mr. Bliss assumed the role as President of another Associa Member Company Associa Arizona located in Scottsdale Arizona.Mr. Bliss’ credentials include licensed realtor and builder in Michigan along with AMS, ARM and CAM certifications within the community association management field. With Mr. Bliss’ lifetime experiences in the field of community association management, he is a strong leader who is deeply imbedded in the day-to-day affairs of managing community associations.

Part of my many roles with Associa over my 37 years was to travel to different Associa Branches needing assistance and provide professional guidance with focus to put in place future leadership and team members to take said company into the future.
