Odessa expansion. For Magellan Midstream/ One Oak. We build new berms added a 150’ tank and 12 new pumps.

Served as Chief Inspector for the Magellan Midstream Crane Growth Project. Coordinated with contractors and inspectors to complete projects on schedule, within budget and in accordance with project requirements:Key Projects: Crane Growth Mechanical & Electrical Project. Added 3 tanks, 2 manifolds, new pipeline connection, and pump. Anomaly Digs Spread 3 Orion Expansion Project. Hired 13 inspectors and supervised 225 dig sites.  Delek Connection Project. Supervised the civil, mechanical, and electrical construction of pipeline, metering and tie in to Stanton Station.  Orion Expansion Stanton Pump Station Project. Civil, mechanical, and electrical construction.  Ship Dock One Demolition and Rebuild, VRU Project. Civil construction, installed VRU, new combo wall for ship channel, new loading dock with seven arms, pumps, and piping.  Jet Fuel Project at Little Rock, AR. Construction of two new tanks, civil construction, VCU, piping, pumps, and load rack expansion.  New Pipeline at Little Rock, AR. Terminal upgrade for new tanks, manifold, concrete, pumps, and electrical. Maintained job books. Coordinated with engineers, contractors, and three inspectors.  4500’ HDD Under Citco Refinery. Piping, civil work, and HDD drilling. Maintained job books.

Met with clients to assess their construction needs and prepared cost estimations and project scope. Created project bids and oversaw the entire bid process. Supervised employees to ensure work was completed successfully. Worked with engineers in reading blueprints, PNIDs, conducting bid walks and preparing bid packets. Built metering skids, load racks, metal buildings, cat walks, and stairs.
