KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Led the completion of the fiscal year budget, projecting a 20% operational cost savings year over year. Executive champion of an organizational-wide initiative to build financial capabilities in non-financial managers. Oversaw the administration of the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Benefits and Compliance.• Collaborated with Senior Leaders to set the strategic direction for the organization.
