The Senior Rental Sales Representative will be responsible for acting as the front line sales agent for the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs. This requires the Rental Representative to work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills.

Coach, develop and prepare sales team to meet and exceed defined sales, retention, quality, and service objectives for consumer accounts and accounts in the consumer small to medium sized business segment. Manages the daily activities of all store staff, including sales, customer service, and inventory control. Design and implement initiatives and methods/procedures that will drive customer perception of VZW as the market leader in the wireless industry.

Self-employed and head of operations, utilized my sales abilities, coordinate daily and seasonal requirements and special projects, winterize/D-Winterize yards and flower beds. The construction side specialized in high-quality interior/exterior remodeling and repairs.

Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn. Contact existing customers for contract renewals, and various data, accessory, and handset upsell opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all customer issues and concerns. Responsible for thorough knowledge of all store functions. Remain current on all wireless products, services, industry and competitive trends. Attend all applicable trainings/meetings. Meet and exceed quota/revenue target for net activations, customer renewals, accessories, handsets, and enhanced services. Demonstrate equipment functions and network capability. Perform rate package evaluations and propose solutions that best benefit the company and the customer.
