• Execute all personnel management functions for a team of over 125 students including Facility Managers, Member Service Associates, Recreation Assistants, Lifeguards, and other facility personnel
• Implement all training functions in key competencies including, but not limited to: risk management, customer service, emergency response, special even set up/tear down and membership/rental processes
• Provide supervision for additional temporary staffing such as interns or other student volunteers
