- Provide adhesive, sealant, tape & die cut parts, coatings, and dispensing & automation equipment solutions to NW manufacturers.- Work closely with engineers and production personnel to help design-in the best chemical or tape solution to meet the needs of their specific applications-Work with production personel on dispensing & automation equipment needs for their production lines-Collaborate with customers on vendor consolidation and cost savings opportunities-Troubleshoot current products and/or processes and recomend the best adhesive or equipment solution to fix issues or improve processes and overall end product quality

-Conduct line surveys to help uncover and reduce bottlenecks in manufacturing processes-Identify adhesive solutions to reduce scrap and manufacturing costs and increase product quality-Conduct product demonstrations and proactive maintenance training for 400 engineers and mechanics annually-Identify solutions to end user problems using Loctite products and value added selling techniques-Perform plant surveys, needs analysis and inventory consolidation programs for end users-Conduct product and industry specific training for distributor sales staffs-Develop annual partnership growth plans, and design and implement promotions with key distributors-Develop annual territory business and growth plans-Chosen to be one of only 10 salespeople out of 160+ on the Loctite MRO Link Pin Team as a liaison between marketing and sales

-Managed sales territory for multiple industrial product lines in Oregon and southwest Washington-Industrial product lines represented included safety, MRO chemicals and various tools sold to the industrial and construction markets-Facilitated product demonstrations and training for industrial distribution and end users-Designed sales flyers and implemented promotions with distributors
