Responsible for all facets of operation for the PA Adult Protective Services (APS) Program throughout the state. Responsibilities include supervision of Regional Program Managers, serving as primary contact with state contract monitor and assuring statewide compliance with Act 70 of 2010 along with Liberty’s contractual deliverables. Implement all programming within fiscal parameters. Assure program fidelity to a statewide best practice model of adult protective services.

Responsible for managing the Liberty Healthcare Corporation contract with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of General Services and Department of Welfare to provide Temporary Medical Staffing Services throughout the state. These duties and responsibilities include project management, recruiting of resources (staff), monitoring and assessing performance measures and completing evaluations and/or disciplinary action with Liberty resources working for the Commonwealth. Duties also include, but are not limited to, human resources and business activities. The position requires effective interpersonal skills in managing staff, relations with public officials, corporate and customer contacts.

Non-profit social service agency. Responsible for leading agency and directing staff. Report directly to Board of Directors and execute changes in policy and procedures as deemed appropriate by the Board. Serve as the public representative for MHY with all agencies of local, state and federal government. Cultivate and retain key staff members to build solid leadership teams. Maintain relationships with community leaders to position MHY and its programs to be well received by its constituency. Prepare and present annual budgets and monthly financial reports.
