They use technology to monitor traffic flow and vary the mandatory speed limits to keep traffic moving smoothly

Responsible for the delivery management of various telecommunications projects. Customers included BT, Talk Talk, Alcatel Lucent, Ericsson, Virgin Media, Genband, NSN and Juniper.The day to day running of projects, managing teams of engineers installing equipment into Telephone exchanges across the country, generating Quotes for customers, for both single pieces of work and full installation programmes. Compiling monthly stat reports for the customer, monthly billing both forecast for internal use and pre invoice for customer. Overseeing three coordinators, working over all projects I am involved in, delegating daily tasks and acting as an escalation point for issues onsite, or internally, such as warehousing, lack of stock, any other issues that could be encountered.Tracking Installation work completed and adding the information to an audit schedule which was sent to the customer and quality department.
