- Construct and implement internal audits to proactively identify known areas of billing inaccuracies across multiple invoicing systems. - Research and resolve customer billing concerns involving pricing/rates, dates of service, circuit infrastructure/setup, taxation, product specifics, and more. - Participate in projects with the IT, Marketing, Finance, and Sales departments to add new products to Verizon billing systems or modify the billing of existing products.- Prepare, review, and perform audits identified as key controls with regards to the Sarbanes Oxley Act.- Work directly with Verizon's Production Support team to prepare a yearly schedule for all mainframe production jobs. Oversee all schedule changes or conflicts based on my familiarity with the mainframe job processes across many billing platforms. - Technical skills including, but not limited to, the following: Microsoft Office, SQL, Attachmate, Windows, and RACF.
