Executive Director of social business providing mobility, vocational training, and waste management through the collection, refurbishment, redistribution and re-sale of unused and discarded bicycles: The Northwest Hub exists to empower and mobilize divested Salem residents in need of transportation – providing free bicycles, locks, parts, regular access to work stations and weekly repair training to adults and at-risk youth.

Mobilize parishioners and partnering community members to serve their neighbors by creating ministry opportunities within and without parish walls. Spearheaded ministry and outreach revitalization projects to create redemptive solutions to the presenting needs of our neighbors and community, e.g. transportation and vocational training programs, cultural, art and educational events and workshops, park and community garden revitalization.

Regular preaching and pastoral care; development of renewal plan with church leadership; recruitment and development of new leadership to assist incoming pastor with a successful transition.

Mobilized community group members to participate in monthly urban mission. Coordinated and led Gospel introduction courses, and pioneered BC's Alpha ESOL course in 2010.
