Built the bank’s assets from $0 to approximately $11 million in a 12-month time span by using current contacts, cold-calling, and creating various marketing campaigns. Also, ran the daily operations of the bank, which included managing six employees; setting and maintaining a budget; handling retail, commercial, and mortgage customers. Worked closely with executive management to determine direction for the bank, and make budget decisions.

Performed audits and graded loan portfolios for Regions banks across the Southeast, by using various methods of financial analysis.
