• Managed the JPMC data center merge program and all of its events. The effect of this program had an overhead cost savings of $60 million dollars by reducing power, cooling and unused space within multiple data centers.
• Managed the creation and implementation of automated scripts to reduce contracted staff and increase speed and volume of each event. The scripts enabled an increase from 2000 hosts moved in 2017, to 7500 host moved in.
• Managed and trained a global staff of Wintel and UNIX system administrators.
• Supported all SAN array moves and their associated hosts within the JPMC datacenters. Tested and logged each hosts health pre and post event. Over 6000 hosts supported in this ongoing project without incident.
• Technology manager for all SAN/Fabric offline and upgraded events. All the servers associated with the events were reconfigured, verified and researched for proper connections and ownership within the inventory.
• Led major incident management calls, driving resolution as quickly as possible, providing a stable production environment for clients and their customers.

• Supplied Technology support Lifecycle reports, provided input for technology and strategic planning. Worked as a Liaison for all projects between the business and the Technology teams.
• Provided capacity management awareness to the business with monthly comparison growth reports.
• Headed major incident management calls, driving resolution as quickly as possible, to provide a stable production environment.
• Identified corrective actions mitigating problem reoccurrence through root cause analysis(RCA) following incident resolution. Worked with internal teams and vendors to confirm actions were applied.

• Managed the integration of three newly purchased companies into the Citigroup Data Centers. Built, installed and maintained all servers and desktops during the transition. Tested, configured and remediated hundreds of.
• Migrated all data from old legacy systems to new NAS filers in the Citigroup Data Centers.
• Developed and implemented a disaster recovery plan for the server/desktop environment.
• Managed and trained inherited staff of system administrators that resided globally.
• Supported the legacy Systems, in tandem with the new environment. Built over 3600 desktops and 200 servers within these integration projects.

• Supported 400 Wintel Servers and 4000 desktops in a complex multi-business development environment for all of Citigroup. Sustained 24/7 support for mission critical systems and services.
• Managed all server-based projects and programs for the development community.
• Maintained and supported all development server labs.
• Oversaw all activities for Add, Break, Fix and Move requests. Maintained all vendor and 3rd party relationships. Supervised a large technical support team in multiple locations.
• Upheld all patches, hotfixes and upgrades to all supported infrastructure. Built desktop and server infrastructure for new campuses in Warren and Jersey City, NJ (7500 Clients).
