I had the chance to work directly with Chris and to watch him work with others on the team in a collaborative environment. My observations of Chris are as follows: - As an individual, he has great character, intellect, integrity and maturity. He has confidence and wisdom beyond his years. His productivity is off-the-charts. He focuses and gets tremendous amounts of things done -- often inspiring those around him. - As a team member, he gives-and-takes in collaborative discussions, and offers up great ideas. Does whatever it takes, and leads by example. - As a programmer, he is unbelievable. Knowledgeable, capable, adaptable, and creative at solving challenges. For us, he did PHP/MySQL/Wordpress programming. I could not find any task that he could not accomplish, and complete about 5x faster than the task should normally take. But haste does not make waste in Chris' world -- the code worked reliably and was documented/commented impeccably. Chris will be a superstar. With his intelligence, drive and capability, there is no limit to what he will achieve personally and professionally. If anyone can figure out how to clone humans, please clone Chris, and I'll gladly take as many as I can get. Obviously, I would hire him again in an instant and only hope that he'll give me a job someday when he's on top of the world!"
