Led numerous key strategic initiatives, including:• Oversaw the development and ongoing operations of a Managed Services offering providing on-shore/off-site project management, business analysis and financial analysis services. This offering is currently being evaluated for use enterprise-wide at a Fortune 100 company. • Developed Program Health Check (based on PMI’s Program Management Book of Knowledge) to assess the quality of the program management practices at the program, portfolio and division level• Developed management consulting service to help clients establish organizational goals, strategies to achieve these goals, and metrics to assess the overall effectiveness of these strategies. Developed associated dashboards.• Oversaw the formulation and implementation of Program and Project Management Offices for a Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical company’s $600 million IT division.

Second-in-command to the CEO through 6+ years of organizational growth (15 to 70+ professionals), increased annual revenues ($5 Million to $13 Million) and expanded market penetration (9 US installations to 70+ installations worldwide). Supported the CEO in the successful preparation, sale and assimilation of a privately held $13 Million business into a $4.5 Billion Fortune 500 company. Collaborated with CEO and CFO to establish policy, strategy and financial goals. Oversaw all areas of the company’s day-to-day operations. Accountable for managing revenue and expense targets.• Created and implemented operating procedures across the firm. Led the complex and politically charged integration of a recently acquired GVUL competitor streamlining IT staff and assimilating the corporate and portfolio data into MetLife’s core systems. Evaluated staff skill sets and collaborated with HR to identify and create new roles.
