As GM of American Ground Screw and H&K Smart Fence I have truly found joy by being able to lead a growing and committed team offering innovative and industry-changing products, conduct business in Chinese every day, and work with fabulous immigrants pursuing their American dream together here in Des Moines. As a husband, father to two mischievous kids, and a terminally hopeless bassist, I continue to honor the trickster.Specialties: Fluency and literacy in Mandarin developed through 3 years living in China and 11 years current professional experience working in Chinese, and Spanish developed through 5 years working in the Latino immigrant community in Central Iowa.
