Reported directly to the CEO and CFO in weekly updates on progress, synergy tracking, and issues – resolutions. Partnered with cross functional leaders in mitigating risk, driving execution, and identifying-resolving issues. Directed enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) in successfully servicing business and IT projects. Responsible for IT applications supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Human Resources and Finance functions.
