Implemented fully computerized accounting and inventory control system from scratch while retaining all key employees who were willing to "grow." Renegotiated all major vendor contracts and banking relationships. Negotiated 3 partial divestitures and 1 acquisition. In 2004, implemented Activity Based Cost ("ABC") accounting which doubled company's profitability. Managed development and implementation of company website in 2005. Successfully sold business in April, 2008.
