My litigation practice at Quinn Emanuel is wide-ranging and includes both plaintiffs and defense side work. On the defense side, I've represented Fortune 500 companies in some of the most significant product liability litigations of the last decade. I've also represented the world's largest pharmaceutical benefit manager in lawsuits seeking billions of dollars for alleged antitrust violations. Additionally, I've defended government contractors facing false claims act allegations, and a world renowned shipping registry facing breach of contract claims. On the plaintiff's side, I've successfully sued helicopter manufacturers for defrauding our helicopter operator clients, and have sued Apple Inc, for antitrust violations against our software developer clients. In matters large and small, we consistently outclass the competition and obtain stellar results for our clients.
