My passion is to develop young soccer players. My years of leadership experience also contributes to long-term development of these players.Recently completed the UEFA B Irish FA license, With more than 25 years of playing soccer myself, one of my proudest achievements. I was playing for Under-20 Trinidad & Tobago’s National Soccer team. This experience has helped me learn what it takes to create a successful team and most importantly, build teamwork while also having fun. I am a high-energy coach with Assistant Technical Director experience, a good listener, patient, and truly enjoy working in the soccer community. I also have a strong passion for innovation in improving team collaboration and mindset.
