This naturally led to me spending a lot of time my spare time on the golf course. One thing led to a next and I was eventually offered a role in golf course maintenance. From an early age, I invested time growing my skills and love for people and gradually I took on larger leadership roles at golf courses in cities Pitt Meadows, Chilliwack and Port Coquitlam.During this time, I was responsible for forecasting, developing & adhering to operational budgets, purchasing of equipment, developing & successful completion capital maintenance projects, day to day operational maintenance scheduling for over 30+ employees. In my leadership roles, I developed a culture that was based on integrity and loyalty, always opening the door to hear the ideas of others. I consider my unique ability to be utilizing each employee’s best individual strengths & traits to produce high quality results, while maintaining an upbeat & enjoyable work environment.As of recent, I’ve taken an Operations Manager role with Above and Beyond Concepts. At the company, my vision is to scale our team to be "THE” elite company in the flooring, remodel & home renovation industry. I want to be a company that others strive to be like or to work for & with.Above and Beyond Concepts has delivered 1,750 projects in their time and has received 100+ standout reviews from their community. My goal is to continue to elevate Above and Beyond Concepts to be a brand in the flooring and renovation industry that's known for its customer experience, and validated by the service quality we deliver.
