Independently coordinated sculptural resources both internally and externally for multiple divisions of the company to accomplish ever changing corporate requirements. Invented and presented new and inventive product ideas. Became the sole internal 3D resource coordinator for the Playskool, Girls and Games divisions. Independently ran intern development programs with Universities and High Schools to provide and train new resources. Developed digital sculpting skills to further enhance freelance interface. Served as a facilitator for digital product development. Provided a vital link in product development with freelancers, Vendors, Licensors and Hasbro Far East resources. Designed and oversaw corporate design facilities inclusive of supply and maintenance of machines. Continued to innovate new materials and techniques, providing almost instant results. Became an expert at the fast prototyping of cast foam models. Acted as a trained Safety coordinator for the research and development facility. Served as a corporate representative for visiting schools and guests.

Took over the management of sculptural processes in the absence of my supervisor. Incepted a development team and delivered an extensive sculpture project for Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

Developed pattern and prototype sculpture as an internal resource, expanding media to include wax and gained expertise in new mold making materials. Designed and presented toy concept ideas to management and aided in the conceptualization of prototype product for the internal présentations of my associate designers.
