His areas of expertise include soil, sediment, surface water, and ground water investigations, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, compliance, due diligence assessments, feasibility studies, remedial action, and risk assessment projects. Project management positions include acting as the liaison between clients and local, state and federal regulatory agencies to meet regulatory requirements while obtaining significant financial savings to cients. Kirk has and continues to serve a wide range of clients representing manufacturers, attorneys, real estate developers, utilities, commercial property investors, and petroleum and chemical storage facilities in a variety of industrial, commercial and residential settings.
