Infusionsoft partner programs continue to expand with each new territory as small and medium size businesses reach for technological advantages that our software delivers. I am currently responsible for the expansion, growth and maturation of our partners in their respective regions. At the same time I am introducing the concept of marketing automation to new markets that are under served by technology. All of this is fueled by the sales strategies that my partners and I develop to win new accounts for Infusionsoft!

Everyday I get to work with business owners that partner with Infusionsoft to help improve small businesses. I manager reselling partners in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Western Europe, North East Cost US and South America. The amazing thing is how committed our Infusionsoft partners are to really helping small business owners be able to grow, scale and ultimately spend more time on their business and with their families. Developing partners with joint business plans and encouraging them to achieve their goals by directly helping them with sales and marketing skills is hugely fulfilling. I have been able to personally manager, coach, invest and support over 200+ reselling partners for Infusionsoft. I have implemented business building SOPs that have allowed partners to scale their businesses, achieve revenue goals, hire employees and create partner referral communities. I manage a team of six Outbound sales associates. Essentially, my team cultivates older prospective clients who've been in our database for over one year. This is a new division in the company which I'm super excited to head up. The new team will also be the starting ground for all future sales employees as they learn how to sell an all in one solution while tackling the learning curve of small business processes, systems and core company culture. My goals for the new division are to reduce customer acquisition costs by bringing on older prospects which weren't quite ready to purchase Infusionsoft. The division will grow from six employees to around twenty five in 2014.

I was the first Value Added Sales manager at Infusionsoft. I was tasked with building out all the processes, products, marketing slicks and quotas for the company. I was able to work with every department in the company to collaborate on the build out. I averaged $50k+ each month for added revenues. By a year and a half I began to transition my responsibilities to a team of 3 other people to help ramp up the department. Sales now are in excess of $250k a month.

Helping educate and enlighten small business owners on how to double their sales through marketing automation. I'm involved with all existing customer revenues that come into the company. I work with clients providing services, products and direct the company is specific areas to increase overall revenues.
