I act as the Chief Strategy Officer for Iff Technologies, leading the company’s strategy development in an emerging quantum computational biology for the extant-but-growing bioinformatics sector to develop the most accurate models of biological models possible for our collaborators worldwide, especially those in the Western Hemisphere, where the bioinformatics sector has grown slowly, but maintains the highest growth potential. The company supports quantum bioinformatics research and development for the predominant segment growths in biologics, chemoinformatics, drugs, and pharmaceuticals conjointly emphasizing a primary focus on proteomics with increasing exploration into support services for transcriptomics. As the Managing Editor for a professional speaking company (www.Barbara-Sanfilippo.com), I was responsible for creation, maintenance, and monitoring of social media platforms, as well as industrial/organizational analysis. I analyzed data from a broad spectrum of organizations, from banks and hotels, to tech companies and academic institutions. The company primarily works in the field of industrial and organizational psychology; client analyses focus on attitudes, motivation, leadership/coaching, internal evaluations, climate/culture, and psychometrics (DISC package). Social psychology topics are emphasized in evaluating communication methodologies, client networking, and business relationship building. I also handled conception, development, and tracking of targeted social media and branding campaigns, online video/blog content, opportunities to post in new channels, analysis of campaign performance, optimization strategies, and internal education. Regular education of internal team members included how to best use current social media strategies to accomplish business goals, such as Internet marketing and progressive campaigning.At R&S, I oversaw workbooks, handouts, whitepapers, videos, all general copy, and USPTO filings. I did multi-stage development of documents, such as drafting, editing, proofing, and publishing using psychometric data gained from individual assessments and climate surveys. This was work in a fast-paced company with many different campaigns running at one time. New technology and applications required me to grasp ideas and learn techniques very quickly; such skills required that I was motivated, proactive, and flexible. Online/virtualized content allowed me to remotely access, manage and edit contact databases, website hosting servers, email campaign platforms, documents, and other content; this also allowed me to proactively integrate custom APIs into software platforms and resolve problems on demand.

As a contracted San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) data analyst, I collected data on public transit operations. Data collection entailed stop-by-stop passenger capacitance, manifest assessment, weather conditions, traffic reports, usage surveillance, and timetable adherence; I also conducted English/Spanish bilingual climate surveys that focused on transit terminal and center usage in the North County Transit District (NCTD); where necessary, I also conducted field research and analysis assistance in survey completion and positive assurance for patrons participating. Surveying and analysis benefited from my education in social psychology in working with the public, notably in high completion rates for the project.

As a Liaison Officer, I collected detailed personnel, employment, and quality control information about and for campus union members in person, by telephone, through email interviews, and using active profiling with aforementioned union members, faculty, and campus staff. My interviewing with union members work required that I sort and process large document workloads as well as translate data into different formats, such as Excel, PDF, and HTML. I compiled written reports and digitally-formatted spreadsheets in Excel, PDF, and HTML; I also fielded and relayed questions and information as liaison back to faculty and inter-departmental staff concerning personnel issues, such as scheduling and payroll. As support personnel, I also provided consultation and assistance for the president and lead negotiator of the University Council.
