Took on the challenge of creating a Facebook presence in order to highlight the versatility of our product while simultaneously growing our brand in an organic fashion. Worked closely with company president when it came time to renew our office lease. Worked with the production team in Japan to help bring to market items that would be viable in the American retail market and at the same time be marketable in the Japanese & European markets. Worked with local vendors to maintain workable inventory levels of "non Arakawa" product. Set up delivery schedules over several months in order to spread out our payments, lightening our financial commitments, also sourced replacement product prior to our exhausting current levels of specific products.
