The thing I love the most about writing code is knowing that when I'm done, I've either made something better or I've made something possible that wasn't before. Hearing feedback from users that love what the team has accomplished is a great reward. As a Web Developer at Big Blue Swim School, I've helped maintain a proprietary software stack for managing franchisee swim schools, this includes everything from scheduling employees and families, to product management and a point of sale system. Part of our ongoing efforts have included migrating (and supporting) both backend services and frontend pages with updated technology and code.Collaborative environments are where I shine. I enjoy working on strange scenarios or exploring new technologies. Automation and Optimization are things I've enjoyed since before I knew the words for them. When a problem has no solution, I love to get creative. This allows me to quickly identify issues and come up with effective solutions.
