Directed day-to-day activities for enterprise applications, components, associated development, integration and release. Managed engineers, personnel development, vendor relations, acquisition, project management, release management, configuration management and various engineering processes. Developed trusted relationships with onsite client subject matter experts and upper leadership providing technical and strategic leadership and acts as liaison for customer and external stakeholders. Performs day-to-day personnel management, engineering process oversight, and vendor relations engagement. Implemented network domain environment emulating the Army Knowledge Online (AKO) Identity Provider (Computer Associates Policy Server and SiteMinder Agents) and developed support for Secure Token Service Claims reissuance to support research for federation engineering projects for .NET web, Silverlight, web services and SharePoint. Utilized Selenium and CodedUI tooling.Leadership supporting project engineering teams as direct reports, matrix support and sub-contracts to plan multiple agile projects, identify and determine strategies for solutions, gaps and identify risks to ensure successful implementation of C# .NET-based projects on time and within budget. Systems include:-- Army’s Capability-based Architecture Development and Integration Environment (CADIE)—a multi-tiered, single sign-on, system of systems supporting federation with Army and Joint partners for architecture products, metadata, reporting and analytics. -- Architecture Catalog – Captures DoDAF architecture artifacts and metadata to support geographically separated architects. -- Architecture-Based Capability Analysis System (ABCAS) – Supports visual architecture analysis tools.Developed, reviewed and submited system’s Certificate of Networthiness (CoN), Authorization to Operate (AtO), Interim Authorization to Operate (IAtO), and DIACAP artifacts.
