Joined AIB 30 years ago.I have worked in the branch network gaining lots of experience in cash, foreign exchange and as a personal relationship banker. I also held the role of student officer which allowed me to visit primary schools and high schools giving presentations on how to manage finances. In my role as finance and leasing champion for the branch I progressed to finance and leasing rep building relationships with businesses to progress deals and repeat business. In my current role in Retail Financial Solutions I engage with customers in financial difficulty sometimes having very difficult conversations but still helping customers to achieve their dreams and ambitions by offering solutions to assist in their time of difficulty.
