Ensure the working order of an efficeint mechanical process which produced engine block cylinder sleeves for a variety of Honda car models by working with associates to troubleshoot problems and improve the process.I also supervised the material chemistry lab to ensure that all metal compositions remained within the specified limits.Assisted in the improvement of the spin cast die heater.

I assisted in the procedural documentation and organization for preparing an engine for testing. This included identifying the necessary tools to hang an engine as well as what instrumentation needed to be mounted on the engine for analyzed testing.I was also a team member of the GEnx 2B Fuel Nozzel Action Workout which was formed to determine better ways to remove and install the 22 fuel nozzels.
