I manage a global infrastructure team including managed service providers across 18 locations in the US, Europe, and Asia to support business-critical networking, server infrastructure, telecommunications, and desktop functions. As a member of the IT infrastructure group, I have managed projects involving the design and implementation of various messaging solutions including Microsoft Exchange implementations from Exchange 2000 through 2010 complete with High Availability and Site Resilience and Office Communications Server. I am also the primary administrator responsible for an ongoing VMWare implementation as well as the Storage Administrator for an EMC Clariion storage solution. As part of a small but extremely effective team, I am able to get involved in every facet of IT operations including working with vendors for infrastructure solutions.I am currently working on a Change Management process based on ITIL standards across the entire IT domain.

At PFR, I maintained Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments for 4000 users. I provided escalated Exchange functionality support to field technicians and Help Desk. I deployed VMWare ESX3.5 into a testing environment for application developers.
