At Reliance Management Group, Inc I oversee the Construction Division of our company, where we build Custom Green Homes for our progressive customer base that believe in building a far superior home that uses less energy and natural resources while generating far less waste to area land fills. Our finished product is a healthy home with superior air quality that is far more efficient and livable than those of our competitors

During my 18 years at De Mattei Construction I was in charge of the Construction Division of our company, including establishing the foundation division, growing the framing division from six employees to over fifty men in the field working under our feild superintendent and growing our finish division from three people to over eight teams that had the ability to properly finish and detail any home of any size per the customer's needs and desires. When I started with De Mattei Construction in 1993 we grossed approximately 3 millions dollars a year, we were able to grow this total to over 40 million dollars a year.
