I received a promotion which resulted in me moving to Sacramento, CA where I spent an additional three years. Still going strong , I have moved once asgain to fulfill the company's needs in the Houston, TX market. Given my astutte business acumen and undeniable sales expertise and leadership capability, Sears Home Imrpovement has indentified and moved me to various markets that were struggling. I was tasked with growing, grooming and motivating the sales teams while overseeing the production side of that disctrict simultaneously. I have won a wall full of national awards for D.O.I. (Profit.)

Due to my extensive experience in the Self Storage industry I built a facility of my own after selling my shares of On The Move, Inc. Over the next five years I built or acquired multiple facilities in the San Antonio, TX area.

In 1991 I took a leap of faith and created a startup company with one partner. We became the 4th largest rental truck company in America by 2006, yielding $96M annual sales.In my role, I was responsible for all marketing, sales, preparing financials, and generating the new leases. We proudly designed the sleek, (to this day) futuristic looking, aerodynamic moving truck that was patented in 1995.Finally, we sold and leased electric cars ("Gem" cars) by Chrysler as the first and only vendor for them in Texas initially. I sold to my partner in 2006 in order to pursue other opportunities.

I was the only person hired by this company who did not possess a degree in Electrical Engineering. I was promoted to Sales Manager in just one year. A chief accomplishment during my time at Electrical South was securing a $20M account which resulted in our company completely redoing the electrical and robotic inventory at The Lincoln Plant in Novi, MI. In 1991 I declined an offer for a promotion to VP in order to start my own company.

I was hired to help a company that repaired robotics, flight simulators, and hydraulic valves. Auto manufacturers and Flight Safety were the main users of our services.

Greater St. Louis Area

I was hired to secure an incredible opportunity for the company: the World’s Fair in New Orleans, thanks to my negotiation expertise and salesmanship, we were able to land $5.9M in sales for the ticket booths and guard shacks. I also was able to earn the Martin Marietta Contract for the Clean Rooms where they built Space Shuttle fuel tanks, which was a $8.6M contract.

I was tasked with bringing a company that was losing market share back to prominence. I quickly succeeded after only one year in 1984.

My objective when hired was to get the company out of receivership through sales and new products I acccomplished that goal and much more by 1983. During my tenure at Mesick Metals, we introduced the Jeep Roof Rack which is still used today. We also introduced the Isuzu Roof Rack and Pick Up Bed Rails.

After college, I was hired to get the company out of bankruptcy through generating sales. I was able to accomplish that goal in 1981.
