Worked with Consulting Services to develop and validate comprehensive solutions and system designs. This included appropriate recommendations for high availability and disaster recovery that not only meet the current requirements but anticipated future needs. Working with customers, consulting services, and engineering I was able to ensure that the requirements of customers including several Fortune 100 companies were appropriately met while also meeting internal service level agreements.Reviewed and approved field developed code. As well as assisted consulting services by developing advanced custom code to meet specific customer requirements, specializing in interacting with ticketing systems including ServiceNow, Remedy and Jira.

Managed a team of 6 consultants to achieve the delivery objectives of the company and align the proper consultant with the customer’s requirements for the engagement. Adjusted consultant assignments to engagements throughout the deployment based on skills and availability.Participated in and lead discovery sessions with customers, per-sales engineers and other company teams to understand the customer’s business objectives and requirements. Used my proven ability to work with customers and find common ground to design and built systems leveraging the product’s capabilities. Worked side by side with the customer through the system build out and customization to ensure that the solution was both meeting the requirements as well as transferring knowledge to the customer. Created several custom integrations that were later included in the core product.

As one of the first North American Pre-Sales Engineers I covered commercial and US Government accounts across the United States achieving a 95% technical win rate. I also worked to train and mentor new engineers on solutions, the company’s sales methods, and best practices for maintaining customers.
